The next article that I read entitle "Going global with Your Career". This article written by Bill George. I think this article is good and very informative for those who want to get more exposure and experience in their career in the international. The writer give some of the guidance regarding to the step of being global with career. I am absolutely agree with this writer about the foreign language skills. Nowadays we know that English Language is the first language which have been used by the peoples all around of this world. So it is compulsory for us to empower this significant language especially when we in a workplace because it will help us in communication. No matter what we must speak in English Language to whom we want and to have a deal to since we are in a workplace.The other guidances and tips like specialize and build up the network which it can improve our skills to be a socialize person and mix with the others such as our business partner and so on. Besides that, the tip such as take it as it comes and do not be fussy means we should take the chances without make any choices either it is easy or tough on us. Moreover, develop an international personality is also play the important role in order to enhance our personality , behaviour pattern, exposure to the world cultures and be a socialize person in build up a network. Furthermore, we should to inform our employer of any suggestion, opinion and let him know your intention so that he will give the wide opportunities for us. I was attracted by the the smart quotes regarding to this title. The smart qoutes is "Battles in life are never won...Life's a continuous business and so is success and requires continuous effort". So, I think this writer has the creativity in his handwriting so that the reader or audience will not bore. As a conclusion, career in international is not just a glamourous and fame job but it is for getting success through the skills and procedures, learning to live with and accept the effort cultures and traditions in order to take the challenges of work in a higher competition in the work arena. Thus, it is so important to make the best decision in deciding a career for the sake of our future life.
The fourth article is about "Make Use of UITM Design Grads". Actually this article is from Berita Harian newspaper. In my opinion, the effort of UITM's gradute students to be the furniture makers and designers are very useful. This is because after the graduation it will encourage them to improve and expand their skills in making the furniture or the other stuff through the marketing. Perhaps, they can go far into the international marketing. By this way, they can be a successful entrepeneur in the future. However it is not easy as we think about because they have to know the strategy of planning and the requirement of the marketing. So they have to attend the activities such as courses, seminar or workshop regarding to how to be successful entrepreneur. After that they have to make a deeply survey and thoroughly in order to know where is the opportunity which they can market their products. The most important is they must have links with the other countries to make it easier for them to communicate and deal in business network in order to introduce their products especially the local products into the international market. To conclude I just want to stand with my opinion that this article is so good especially for the UITM's students which it will encourage them to study in this institution and develop their skills in making the sophisticated stuff. Meanwhile, for those who are in searching the IPT that they want to further their study, it is very useful for them to make this IPT as the best choice. In the meantime the government should support this effort because of the development of this country in economy and education fields. Therefore, the government should encourage not anly this IPT but the others IPT too in marketing their products or skills into the international level over the time and space.
