I read an article entitles “Gender Identity” at www.wikipedia.org discussing that identity of someone are distinguish to show psychological association between physiological and sociological aspects of gender. The term is used initially in medical, and also used in psychology.
Some experts said that gender identity was affected by genetic, prenatal hormonal, postnatal social and post pubertal hormonal determinants which include the influence of testosterone and gene regulation in brain cells, whether social factor was influence by family that gender identity was form by the third year of life. But now, the foundation of gender identity was not influence by these factors because there was proven that sex differentiation of the brain may be inconsistent with other sex characteristics. It looks like cultural gender norm which is describe as “gender variant”.
Self identity is the process in which a person understands how people perceive them. The formation of gender identity is a difficult and tough process, start with conception which involves critical growth during gestation. When the gender identity of person makes her a woman but her genitals are male, it is difficult to her, feels lack of something and makes unhappiness. Transsexual people inclined desire that other people consider them to belong to a gender opposite to that of their gender identity. Some research has been done indicate that gender identity is determined since childhood at around 2-3 years and static after that. The research has been proceeded by asking transsexual when they realized that their gender identity is not match with their gender role.
There are also critics question that acquisition of hormone replacement therapy and sexual reassignment surgery is generally controlled by doctors. And the question how to distinguish the real transsexual and others, and to identify when they first realize and felt with the opposite sex. The question should be answer with clear awareness in order to be considered eligible for hormone replacement therapy and sexual reassignment surgery.

This ritual shows that every religion have their own belief in their life. This ritual is to remove uncleanliness before to a particular of activity and especially to a worship of a deity. This ritual uncleanliness is not similar with ordinary physical impurity and every religions have their own special treatment. Most of these rituals are existed before the germ theory of disease, and assumed from the earliest known religious systems of the Ancient Near East.
Islamic ritual purification namely “wudhu’” is particularly centred on the preparation for prayer, and it is valid throughout the day unless on the occurrence of certain acts like sleep, unconsciousness, vomit, and other. Ritual purification takes the form of ablution, in a lesser form and greater form, depending on the circumstance. The greater form is obligatory by a woman after she cease menstruation, and is optionally used in other occasion like to Friday prayers. And also dry ablution (tayammum) involving clean sand is used when clean water is not available around or if suffering from disease which would be worsened by the use of water.
Whether the ritual purification of Hinduism is the bathing of the entire of body at the particular rivers considered holy known as “Ganga”. This ritual was performed before any festival , and also practiced after the death of someone to maintain purify. The Hindu purification ritual include “achamana”, the touching and sipping of pure water while reciting “mantras”, besides the using of “tilaka” on the forehead. Hinduism also has a special form of “puja” known as “abhisheka” prescribed by Agamic injunction. The act is to strength their religion and political monarchs as well as for other special blessing.

I think everyone have influence by self. My influence is Detective Conan. I like him because he is very smart investigator. He not easy influence with other result unless it his. Conan Edogawa is really Kudo Shinichi, the famous teen detective. While investigating a criminal operation, he is forced to take an experimental drug that turns him into a pint sized sleuth. His bowtie, a gift from Dr. Agasa, lets him imitate any voice he wants. That's important, because the police tend to dismiss the youngster's observations. Kudo Shinichi is a 16 year old teenager who studies at Teitan High School. He's got top marks in his class without having to make any effort at all. He loves soccer above all other sports and he's really good at it. However, he decided against pursuing a career in it because of his true dream which is to become a famous detective. Or the Sherlock Holmes of the twentieth/twenty first century, as he would say.His father, Kudo Yusaku is a famous mystery novel writer, while his mother, Kudo Yukiko, is an actress of international fame.
