In this article the author told, the business owner should consider a few basic points when the time comes to transition out of the business. First point is have an objective. It is very important. Not to mention the amount of income the owner needs to achieve financial security. We may also want to consider who will run the business after our gone (if that's an option). The main point is -we don't just sell and leave. Second point is know the worth an cash flow. For example we need to know how much the business is worth today and what the cash flow is likely to be after we leave. Both questions will come up sooner rather than later. Thirst point is strive to make the business more valuable: What's more valuable in our business? The product or the service? Do we protect the staff or let them go?. Lastly, we must know to whom do we sell. These points are very important when we want to be a successful business. In my opinion, this article good to read for all people when they want to start their business and successful in their business.
