I do agree it is important that we discipline in a way that teaches responsibility by motivating our children internally, to build their self-esteem and make them feel loved. We can use this ten keys to teach them. Firstly, Use Genuine Encounter Moments (GEMS), Use Action, Not Words, Give Children Appropriate Ways to Feel Powerful, Use Natural Consequences, Use Logical Consequences, Be Kind and Firm at the Same Time ,Separate the Deed from the Doer, Withdraw from Conflict, Parent with the End in Mind, and Be Consistent, Follow Through. With this keys, we can teach them with much victory. It is because children sure a precious this for us, we need to take care of them so they will face their own glory in a future. The language at this article are medium and suitable for any level of age. So, I suggest to all parent, try to use this key to be a good parent.
