CHAPTER 4:MARKETING ACROSS TIME

I have read an article entitled 'newer media and advertising approach' .In this article , the author write about technology improvment in advertising and influence to consumers.Since the phenomenon of advertiang in world wide web, advertising become more easy to connect to the consumers. They can get information about the product by surfing internet and buy it trought it. Furthermore the advertising in internet is more attractive. It allow users to record the program to later reviewing ,enabling them to fast foward throught commercial. Client also can give their testimoni to the producer about the product.

On the other hand,advdertising through billboard is still relevant because it can effect on memories and behavior.People see the billbboard every day and they memories keep the information of the product such as brand and the logo. It will influence the consumers when want to choose the product.For instance,there are variaty brand of toothpaste but colgate are very popular among people in Malaysia.

Nevertheless,there must be the regulation among the advertiser. The authorities must make sure the advertiser are give wrong or fake information to the consumers. They also can't promote the illegal produtc such as tobacco,alcohol or something that have pornografi like condoms.Advertising should help consumers to make right choise in build the healthy life.
