In this article, parents has a significant role in nurturing their children's interests, values and, ulimately, career decisions. Althought both mothers and fathers have an impact on children's career development, mothers may be more influential than fothers, teachers and even peers. Parents can train or give education for their children because they need us as their 'teacher' in the growing up process. So, is important to parents knowing also how to manage their child bacause parents are aware of the dangers of gender stetreotyping.
