Healthy Care



Healthy is very important to our live because with the healthy we can doing anything. To me, the ways that I'm take to make my healthy life is taking a balance food. To make the good balance, we must know it is referred to the good guide pyramid. In the first stage, I'm take 6 to 11 servings daily with bread, cereal, rice and also pasta group. Then, in the second stage, I will take the vegetable group like a green vegetable for 3 to 5 servings daily and also the fruit group for 2 to 3 servings daily like banana or apple or others. Beside the good balance meal, I and my family also always joging. And we always jog every morning before we do any work like go to school and work. We also jog together in the park or garden. But, we only do this 3 days in 1 week because we not have enough time to doing together. Even, my mother especially very take care about her healthy family. She don't like if her family uncareful in their meal especially for breakfast, she will prepared two eggs before I eat the bread. Then for lunch, I will eating some rice and also half of fish and vegetables. So, for dinner, I and my family will eating some of fruit and drink the milk during watching a television like news. Otherwise, I and my family also like to camping especially in the forest if we have freetime in the weekend. In there, we will more thing like fishing, climbing and drawing. We choose this because in the forest, the air are very nice and haven't a pollution like in the town. Besides that, my father always remember his child that don't ever to smoking because the effect from this very bad. So, make your life healthy and away from another disease that will kill you and your life.
