My healthy life-1080959-

Health is the one of the most important thing in our life, with healthy we can do everything, like swimming, fishing, study and others. Many way to ascertain our healthy in good and excellent I will describe my skill to keep my healthy. I will keep the food which i take in my daily life. It's mean i only take the food which give to me advantages and benefit in my healthy. I was bought the book of healthy recipe in food, and gave it to my mother to cook and having it with my beloved family . I also will do three time of exercise a week. I will keep the hygience of my home and room to had the fresh and good air everyday. Every sunday of the week i and my family will work together to clean my home form the outbreak of a disease.
